Protecting orca whales and the Salish Sea a priority in the 2018 legislative session

OLYMPIA — Sen. Kevin Ranker, D-Orcas Island, announced new legislation to protect Washington state’s Orca Whales and marine waters under the Salish Sea Protection package.
