State Senate Nominee Arrested in Vegas

The race to succeed state Sen. Bob McCaslin certainly seems to be heating up. Spokane County precinct committee officers forwarded three names to the county commissioners, with state Rep. Matt Shea heading the list. But they bypassed former state Rep. Mike Padden, a legit contender, in favor of two unknowns. Commissioners were irked. And now one’s been arrested under odd circumstances.
