A Rally for Patient Rights

Unsure of what the passage of I-502 means for medical marijuana patients? The latest recommendations from the Washington State Liquor Control Board suggest that patients could be required to see their doctors for reevaluation and to purchase their prescribed pot from a recreational store (under the current law they can often grow their own).
