Washington Representative Noel Frame from the 36th Legislative District may be new to the State Legislature, but she has years of political experience as a political organizer and activist. She is the Vice Chair of the House Finance Committee, so we get in the weeds on tax reform and what that may look like moving into the 2018 Legislative Session. We also talk through the McCleary decision and her role as a progressive leader in the Democratic Party.
I get incrementalism, but somebody’s got to push. Somebody’s got to force us to be the best version of ourselves. I’m happy to play that role and also be a pragmatist and be the political organizer that I am and try to find success along the way.
