Chalk this one up as notable and perhaps anecdotal.

Marilyn McKenna appears to have endorsed Kim Schrier in the 8th Congressional.

McKenna is the former wife of gubernatorial candidate and two term Attorney General Rob McKenna.

McKenna is the perfect example of the kind of voter Dino Rossi is going to need to win handily in order beat Schrier in a district Hillary Clinton won by 3 points.  She is an east side woman, a professional author, and mother of four kids.  She is probably moderate in many ways, as was her husband, but might lean a bit to the right or to the center on any given topic.

This I extrapolate entirely from her Twitter feed, and her reputation as McKenna’s spouse during his career in public life.  I might be entirely wrong about her political leanings today.  Nevertheless, it seems like Rossi needs those east side folks that voted for McKenna in past years to be able to win his race in the 8th CD this year.
