All indications are that Washington should prepare itself for a rather wide open, diverse recreational cannabis regulatory platform that respects small operations if not discouraging “Big Cannabis”. Prevailing recent background chatter includes: support for: 1. Limitless production; 2. Family farm type settings, can have their home and their green house (set away the home) on the same piece of property; 3. Some reference to products liability issues such as labeling requirements; and 4. Rand survey’s (use and growing data) may help determine the number of licenses available to folks.

Standby.
