“Food, fun and fellowship” were on tap at the Thurston-Lewis-Mason Counties Labor Council annual Labor Day Picnic which was held on Monday at the Tumwater Falls Park. There were giant slides for the kids and a BBQ for the entire family.

Also in attendance were local politicians up for election this year, including one of the Legislative District hosts, State Representative Sam Hunt.

Several AFL-CIO Central Labor Councils around Washington State held similar events to honor working families.
